Santiago Perez

Santiago was born in Mexico City to an amazing family who taught him what turns a house into a home.

He later moved to The Woodlands, TX where he received his high school diploma. He then had the initiative to move to Austin to seek a degree in Business Management and Administration from St.Edwards University.

Once in Austin, he decided to follow his father’s footsteps and dedicate himself to building high quality houses that will meet the expectations of anyone looking for a new place to call home.
